Alternate Day Fasting (ADF), a form of Intermittent Fasting also known as Every Other Day Fasting, is a lifestyle where a person alternates between fasting for a day (in my case about 36 hours) followed by a day of eating normally or consuming a calorie restricted diet. This is a record of my daily progress to return to a healthier body using this Alternate Day Fasting lifestyle.

you are back! Good to hear from you again
Thanks Chris!
I often refer my teams to your blog. You are living proof that it's healthy..good job.
I'd love to hear of some of your experiences with Fast-5 and whatever else you've been trying. i'm playing with fast-5 and ADD right now and it's nice to hear other people's experiences.
On day 3 of the alternate fast diet, I've read all of your blog entries today and am hopeful, so far I feel great and I can identify with everything you wrote. I'm curious if you have continued with this eating style to maintain your weight and health benefits as it is now 4 years later, would love to see an update.
