Alternate Day Fasting (ADF), a form of Intermittent Fasting also known as Every Other Day Fasting, is a lifestyle where a person alternates between fasting for a day (in my case about 36 hours) followed by a day of eating normally or consuming a calorie restricted diet. This is a record of my daily progress to return to a healthier body using this Alternate Day Fasting lifestyle.

- I'm a full-time mom to a 14 year old son. After getting sick 10 years ago, my weight started escalating out of control. I managed to slow down the weight gain, but couldn't stop or reverse it. I tried numerous diets but total fasting was the only method that actually worked for me until I discovered Alternate Day Fasting.
