Walked about 30 minutes hour last night and about an hour tonight. Walking seems to make a difference.
Breakfast: 1 slice of leftover veggie pizza
Lunch: 1 banana, 1 carrot & some mashed potatoes (weird I know, we need to get to the market)
Snack: 1 cup of eggnog
Dinner: 1 slice of veggie pizza
** quit eating by 6pm
