Merry Christmas
Ah, Christmas that glorious time of year that blows our diets, wallets and credit cards.
Breakfast: bowl of lentil minestrone ( I made enough the other day to feed a dozen people.)
Snack: popcorn
Christmas Feast:
3 oz baked chilean sea bass
3 crab legs (yes! with melted butter)
organic baby greens with carrots, celery, green onions
1/2 tablespoon of ranch dressing
1 bread stick
1/2 cup whole wheat fettuccine with alfredo sauce
piece of milk chocolate
slice of chocolate/vanilla mousse pie
1/2 bottle of champagne
Snack: cheese & crackers
Phew! Thank goodness it only comes once a year!
