I used the nordic track for a few minutes last night, but I was feeling really weak and hungry. Just trying to exercise to warm up a little bit. I get cold very easily on normal days and its compounded on the fasting days. I hate the cold. I thought S. California was supposed to be warm? My joints ache and my toes and fingers are turning blue.
My weight doesn't seem to want to drop below this point -- how frustrating. Went for an hour long walk. Tomorrow will be better.
Breakfast: 2 whole grain pancakes, plain
Lunch: mock chicken salad on a bed of organic lettuce
Dinner: skipped it tonight -- wasn't hungry (I had a late lunch)
