Might as well weigh myself every day. I'm really curious to see the mini-fluctuations. It will also help me figure out the amount of food that is best for me. My body seems to have forgotten how.
Breakfast: 1 cup brown rice with soy sauce
Lunch: 1/2 cup eggnog & way too much gouda cheese with sun dried tomatoes on white, french baguette slices
Dinner: 3 soft tacos made with a whole wheat tortilla, Recipe Crumbles with taco seasoning, cheddar cheese, avocado, onion, black olives, organic lettuce & salsa
Iced Baileys & milk
** stopped eating by 9pm
