Maybe I should have stuck with just a bowl of oatmeal after all. All the hormonal fluctuations or whatever that go on at the end of a menstrual cycle really seem to be interfering with my ability to lose any weight. A new cycle finally began today, so let's see if weight loss becomes any easier now or if it matters at all. At this rate, Saturday might just be the first time I actually gained weight (or maintained) from the previous week's weight. It's going to happen sometimes, just deal with it and move past it.
My son has golf tonight, so I get to do the fun walk with the awesome view.
