Walked over to Target and my son bought a new video game -- well an old video game actually. He wanted to spend some of his Christmas money. Afterwards I took the dog for an hour long walk. So, I've walked a couple of hours today.
My boyfriend swapped out the Nordic Track for the Weider Flex Gym. Now, I can start adding some strength training exercises.
Today marks the 8th week I've been alternate day fasting. I've lost 17.2 pounds altogether, that's an average of 2.15 pounds per week.
