I'm tempted to make my regular eating day into an intermittent fasting day. So many people have had such wonderful results from intermittent fasting. I'm concerned that fasting that many hours straight would trip the starvation response. That would then make it even more difficult for me to lose weight and keep it off. I don't want that.
Food:
pinto beans with lettuce, onion and kefir on a whole wheat tortilla
bowl of lentil minestrone sprinkled with shredded mozzarella
couple handfuls of popcorn cooked in coconut oil sprinkled with nutritional yeast and salt
